Noodles with Vegetables

Today, I will show you how to realize this recipe of noodles with vegetables. It’s vegetarian and tasty, and really easy to make, although it might take time to cut all the vegetables. The variety of vegetables you combine with the noodles is really up to your taste, but I’ll show you an example with this recipe of noodles that I prepared especially to combine a lot of colors. The more colors you add, the more tasty it looks!
Ingredients
- 250g of chinese noodles
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1 handfull of green peas
- 1 zucchini
- 1 handfull of beansprout
- 3 spoons of soy sauce
- 2 spoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Sherry Liquor
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil the noodles 3 minutes in water, drain and keep aside.
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. In a wok or big pan, fry the onions in olive oil and then add the carrots, zucchini and red pepper at high fire. Let cook for five minutes and then add the frozen green peas, the corn and the beansprout. Let cook for a few minutes and then add the noodles in the mix.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce in a bowl, mixing the soy sauce, the Sherry and a bit of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce on the noodles and serve!
