Quiche Lorraine
Difficulty:

Preparation time:
50min.
Today, I’ll show you how to make the traditional “Quiche Lorraine”. This recipe is one of the easiest and fastest I know and it’s probably the meal I cook the most often! It’s a typical dish from my homeland, maybe that’s why I love it so much…
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 250g of bacon (9oz)
- 6 eggs
- 250g of cream (9oz)
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 200g (7oz) of grounded gruyere
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, the cream and the gruyere. Add the nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the bacon on the pastry and pour the mixture of eggs and cheese.
- Place in the pre-heated oven for about 40 min at 200ºC (392ºF).
Enjoy!!
