This recipe of Greek Salad is probably not conform to the original, because I am used to adapt recipes to my taste, so sorry in advance if that’s the case!!! Anyway, it’s really really easy and tasty.

Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • a handfull of black olives
  • 150g of Feta cheese
  • oregano, basil, red wine vinegar, olive oil for the sauce
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and red onion to the Feta cheese.
  2. Prepare the sauce by adding 3 tablespoons of olive oil to 2 tablespoons of vinegar and season with the herbs and salt and pepper.

You can also add capers or anchovies to vary….
Easy wasn’t it?!!
