Rolled Ham with Leek

This recipe of Rolled Ham with Leek is easy to prepare and can be used as a starter or side dish. You can also replace the leek by asparagus, endives or vegetable macédoine. Another variant can be prepared by pouring some Béchamel sauce and grated cheese on the rolls and then pop it into the oven until bubbly and golden brown…
Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of ham
- 4 sticks of leek
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Boil the leek for about 20 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise on the slices of ham and roll each one around a leek.
