Tomato Pasta

Today’s recipe is one that everybody probably already knows how to prepare, but well I had some spare tomato sauce from yesterday… Anyway I hope you’ll like it. I used spaghettis, but you can use any kind of pasta of course!

Ingredients
- 500g of tomato sauce
- 4 leaves of laurel
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of chicken broth
- 150ml of cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500g of spaghetti
- 250 of grounded beef meat
- 100g of grated Parmeggiano Reggiano cheese
Instructions
- Cut the onions and the garlic and heat them in the olive oil in a pot.
- Add the tomato sauce, a glass of water, the sugar, the basil and the chicken broth.
- Add the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 min.
- In a pan, cook the meat with a bit of olive oil.
- Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot. Add the sauce and the meat. Spread the cheese on top.
- Mix everything and serve very hot, with a green salad and red wine.
