Leeks with Cream

Leeks are quite unknown and unusual, although they make a great and delicate side dish to many meals. I already put a few main leek recipes on this blog, so I hope you like them as much as I do!

Ingredients
- 4 leeks
- 1 onion
- 100mL of cream
- butter
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
Instructions
- Cut the leeks and onions and fry them in the butter for 5 minutes in a pan.
- Add half a glass of water and let sit on the fire for another 10 min.
- Add the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Stir for a few minutes and serve hot.
