Tagliatelle with Shrimps
Difficulty:

Preparation time:
15min.
Today’s recipe is based on ingredients you won’t find very often on this blog, because Bouchon really does not like seafood. Since I am a BIG fan, I have to give in sometimes, but usually I just enjoy some while eating out. This recipe, however, is a classic in our household, because I can make some Carbonara Tagliatelle for Bouchon while I cook some shrimps to accompany my own pasta!

Ingredients
- 250g of tagliatelle
- 10 frozen shrimps
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cayenne chillies
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and place the frozen shrimps.
- Add the chillies, the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Let cook until the shrimps are pink.
- Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 10 min.
- Drain the pasta and pour the shrimps on top.
You can serve the pasta with a glass of cold dry white wine. Bon profit!!
