Tagliatelle with Shrimps

Today’s recipe is based on ingredients you won’t find very often on this blog, because Bouchon really does not like seafood. Since I am a BIG fan, I have to give in sometimes, but usually I just enjoy some while eating out. This recipe, however, is a classic in our household, because I can make some Carbonara Tagliatelle for Bouchon while I cook some shrimps to accompany my own pasta!

Tagliatelle with Shrimps

Ingredients

  • 250g of tagliatelle
  • 10 frozen shrimps
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cayenne chillies
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and place the frozen shrimps.
  2. Add the chillies, the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Let cook until the shrimps are pink.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 10 min.
  4. Drain the pasta and pour the shrimps on top.

You can serve the pasta with a glass of cold dry white wine. Bon profit!!
