Potatoes & Garlic Confit
Difficulty:

Preparation time:
40min.
This potatoes and garlic recipe is tasty but I’m guessing it’s not ideal for diets! You can serve it with some chicken or just enjoy it with a green salad like we usually do. It’s actually pretty easy to prepare because you don’t need to peel the potatoes or to chop up the onions and garlic. You just put it all there in the butter and wait. If you can use a small type of potatoes, it will taste even better!

Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 big onion
- 150g of butter
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them in quarters. Boil them for about 10 min.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion in 4 and separate the garlic cloves.
- In a pan, add the butter, the garlic, the onions and the potatoes. Let sit at low fire for 20 min.
- Season with salt and pepper.
PS: Use shallots instead of onions if you can!
