Spring Pizza with Artichokes, Ham, Corn and Blue Cheese

This pizza I invented is my favorite of all. I know some people think it’s weird to add sweet corn on a pizza, but I really love it! I called it “Spring Pizza” and I hope the name was not already taken. Anyway it’s quite easy to prepare and you should try it!
Ingredients
- 1 pizza pastry
- 150mL of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet corn
- 2 slices of wet-cured ham
- 6 artichokes hearts
- 100g of blue cheese
- 100g of grated Gruyère
Instructions
- Cover the pizza pastry with tomato sauce.
- Cut the blue cheese and spread it on the pizza. Spread the sweet corn uniformly.
- Slice the artichoke hearts in 3 and spread them on the pizza. Slice the ham in straps and spread them too.
- Cover with Gruyère.
- Place in the pre-heated oven for 15min at 200ºC.
PS: Usually there is no need for salt because the blue cheese is really salty already!
