Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse recipe is really fast and easy and you can use as a base to create many other desserts, for example combining it with orange custard, pear gelatin, etc. I think it should be enough for 6 people!

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 180g of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 50g of butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a spoon of water, and then add the yolks, the butter and the sugar. Mix well.
  2. Whip the eggwhites until stiff and then mix them carefully with the chocolate mix.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge for 2h before consuming.

PS: You can pour it in nice glasses and add a nut on it for decoration!
