Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse recipe is really fast and easy and you can use as a base to create many other desserts, for example combining it with orange custard, pear gelatin, etc. I think it should be enough for 6 people!

Ingredients
- 180g of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 50g of butter
- salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a spoon of water, and then add the yolks, the butter and the sugar. Mix well.
- Whip the eggwhites until stiff and then mix them carefully with the chocolate mix.
- Let it sit in the fridge for 2h before consuming.
PS: You can pour it in nice glasses and add a nut on it for decoration!
