French Honey, Gorgonzola and Rosemary Cake
Difficulty:

Preparation time:
1h.
Today I wanted to try a new cake recipe, and I have to admit that I didn’t like that one so much. It sucks because I really loved the idea of mixing cheese, rosemary and honey, 3 ingredients that I LOVE. Plus the rosemary has this power of making feel good, like on vacation in the South of France… So anyway I don’t know what happened. Maybe I forgot an ingredient?

Ingredients
- 200g of flour
- baking powder
- 50g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 50g of cottage cheese
- 20cL of milk
- 150g of gorgonzola
- 75g of parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 3 tablespoons of honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, yolks, parmesan, cottage cheese, milk, baking powder, honey and rosemary.
- Whip the eggwhites until stiff with a hint of salt.
- Mix very slowly and carefully the flour mix with the eggwhites.
- Pour half the mixture in a buttered loaf pan and cover with the gorgonzola. Pour the rest on top.
- Bake 45 min at 180ºC.
Enjoy!
