Chocolate Fondant

This recipe of chocolate fondant is for 2 persons. You have to make them individuals and you’ll need muffins tins for that. Chocolate fondants are usually served hot, either on their own, either with custard or whipped cream. You can dust them with icing sugar or icing cocoa. What I like the most is to serve with them with ice cream because I love the hot/cold sensation!

Ingredients
- 120g of dark chocolate
- 75g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g of butter
- 80g of flour
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then melt the butter in it.
- Incorporate the eggs, the sugar and the flour.
- Pour in greased ramequins and bake in a pre-heated oven for 9 min at 180ºC.
