Oven Baked Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

2h15min.
This was my first time preparing roast chicken and it wasn’t hard at all, unlike what I expected. It’s quite plain and a bit dry but that’s the thing with grilled chicken, unless you really dip it in oil and we don’t really want that now do we!!

Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- olive oil
- 1 garlic head
- 2 big onions
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken on an oven plate.
- Cover it with olive oil.
- Cut the onions in 2 and place them with the garlic cloves all around the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Place in the oven for 2h at 180ºC. Turn the chicken after 1h.
