Kiwi Soup & White Chocolate Cream

Recently I have been trying to make more desserts because I realized that I only added a few up to now and since we love chocolate, it’s been my first choice. But then since they all seem a bit the same, I thought to try today a recipe with white chocolate for a change! It was pretty awesome, but you have to like kiwis!

Ingredients
- 4 kiwis
- 40g of sugar
- 40g of white chocolate
- 10cl of cream
Instructions
- Peel, chop and mix the kiwis with a hand blender. Add the sugar and mix well.
- Break the chocolate and let it melt in the microwave for a few minutes with a bit of water.
- Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the white chocolate.
- Pour in a glass the kiwi soup and add some chocolate cream on top.
You can also add some grounded dark chocolate on top to decorate.
