Thin Dark & White Chocolate Sheets
Difficulty:

Preparation time:
2h15min.
If you are tired of the same old dark chocolate, this recipe is ideal. It’s also really easy to prepare and you don’t need many ingredients. You just need a few spices… It’s actually not very elaborated either, it basically consists of making several chocolate sheets, with different forms, sizes and tastes. I especially like to add red hot chili pepper, but you can add anything you like. The anise one was really great too!

Ingredients
- 125g of dark chocolate
- 100g of white chocolate
- spices
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave with a bit of water.
- Cover a tray with baking paper and pour the dark chocolate on it. /li>
- Add spices on different parts of the chocolate (vanilla sugar, anise, hot red chili pepper, cinnamon, curry, etc.)
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave with a bit of water.
- Pour the white on chocolate on top of the dark one, without mixing them totally.
- Cover with a plastic sheet and place in the fridge for 2h. Break into pieces before consuming.
