Kiwi Soup & White Chocolate Cream

Difficulty: difficulty leveldifficulty leveldifficulty level

Preparation time: clock 15min.

Recently I have been trying to make more desserts because I realized that I only added a few up to now and since we love chocolate, it’s been my first choice. But then since they all seem a bit the same, I thought to try today a recipe with white chocolate for a change! It was pretty awesome, but you have to like kiwis!

Artichoke & Blue Cheese Quiche

Difficulty: difficulty leveldifficulty leveldifficulty level

Preparation time: clock 50min.

And another quiche! I thought it would be fun to try all the quiche recipes I could find. This one was supposed to be with gorgonzola cheese, but I didn’t have any so I thought let’s try with blue cheese instead. It was pretty good, a bit weird but definitely a keeper. I guess I’m gonna have to try it with gorgonzola another day anyway!!

Endives, Roquefort and Walnuts Salad

Difficulty: difficulty leveldifficulty leveldifficulty level

Preparation time: clock 10min.

Endives (or chicory) can be cooked or used raw in salads. I actually really rarely eat them cooked, but I LOVE them raw. They are a bit bitter, and match great with cheese, especially the blue ones. This recipes of endives is a typical french recipe, with Roquefort cheese and walnuts.

This post will be the first of many posts of pizza recipes. We both love pizza with Bouchon, and since they are easy to prepare, and almost always good, I think it’s a must have in your recipes books. Gazpacho

Difficulty: difficulty leveldifficulty leveldifficulty level

Preparation time: clock 2h30min.

Gazpacho is a vegetables (mainly tomatoes) soup, originating from the South of Spain. It’s consumed cold, so it’s a perfect refreshing dish for hot summer days. There are many variations of gazpacho, but the one described here is the most typical (you can replace the tomatoes with avocados or cucumbers for a green version).
I want to thank my friend Claire for giving me the idea for this recipe!!
