Difficulty: difficulty leveldifficulty leveldifficulty level

Preparation time: clock 1h.

It sucks because I really loved the idea of mixing cheese, rosemary and honey, 3 ingredients that I LOVE. Plus the rosemary has this power of making feel good, like on vacation in the South of France… So anyway I don’t know what happened. Maybe I forgot an ingredient?

Garlic Confit

Preparation time: clock 1h.

This a great way to use garlic about to go bad! It’s really easy to make and you can keep it in the fridge for about a month. You can then add your garlic confit to many dishes to give them a great flavor.
